Offervista provides online mentorship services focused on mobile home office manicure, including but not limited to personalised guidance, structured development programmes, strategic support, and ongoing coaching sessions delivered remotely.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the services at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the services only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these terms. You must not:

7.3 Restrictions
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Offervista.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Offervista and its officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the services.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Offervista in the three months preceding the claim.

Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
